Through his successful independent consulting, Shaam has become completely at home in a wide range of corporate and agency settings and proficient in print, electronic, and Web environments. Shaam’s expertise extends to all areas of design including corporate identity development, advertising, Web development, user interface design, and systems architecture.

Shaam has held design and art director positions with Johnson & Johnson, Household Financial, Liberty Health and CNC Global. His client list includes many Fortune companies including Allied Signal, Chapters, Compaq, Dominion of Canada Insurance, EDS, General Motors, GTA, Hewlett Packard, The Investors Group, Lucent Technologies, McDonnell Douglas, Royal Bank of Canada, SAP, and Xerox.

Shaam was a co-founder and partner of Nevada Learning Series, a successful publisher of software quick reference material. He was also a partner of Stonylake Solutions, creators of a best-in-class firewall reporting tool where he was instrumental in designing the user interface.
